  2. Once your payment has been accepted, you should receive an instant “Order Received by Honey Bee Candles®” confirmation email, using the email address that you supplied during Checkout

  3. We then manually send you an “Order Dispatched by Honey Bee Candles®” confirmation email once we have dispatched it

  4. Use the tracking number that we provide via email to view your order’s progress

  5. Sign for your order to let us know that you have received it
