Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Contact us via email within: 30 calendar days of delivery

  • Send items back within: 14 days of notifying us

  • Request a cancellation by: 12:00 Wednesday (view our local time — scroll to the end of this page)

    • If this time frame exceeds 12:00 Wednesday then your order may have been dispatched in which case you may choose to proceed with our Returns process

To complete a return or an exchange you must contact us via email hello@honeybeecandles.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order

Cancellations

Please contact us to request a cancellation by 12:00 Wednesday (view our local time — scroll to the end of this page) hello@honeybeecandles.co.uk If it is after 12:00 Wednesday, please follow our returns process

Important Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please return Honey Bee Candles® products in a saleable state in the original and undamaged packaging. Any Honey Bee Candles® products that are returned to us which are not in a saleable condition will be returned to the Buyer— unless the products are agreed by us, to be faulty. If this is the case, we will waive the requirement of undamaged packaging. Once we have agreed the Return, we will refund the Buyer within 5 to 7 calendar days of receipt of the returned item and the Buyer will receive confirmation of the refund via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, via PayPal

  • Exchanges: We accept exact product exchanges if the order is damaged in transit, please email us with a photo of the damaged product(s) within 14 calendar days of delivery. Upon agreement, we will then commence the exchange process

Customers within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: please return via Royal Mail 2nd Class, you must scan or photograph your receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage so that we can proceed with refunding the cost of the postage back to us. We will then email you via PayPal for the cost of the second postage to you; this payment must be completed in order for us to post your exchanged products to you

Customers outside of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: please send us an email hello@honeybeecandles.co.uk and a photo of the damaged product(s) so that we can see what we can do for you. If the item(s) are eligible for exchange then you must scan or photograph your receipt from your country’s Mail Carrier as proof of postage so that we can proceed with refunding the cost of the postage back to us. We will then email you via PayPal for the cost of the second postage to you; this payment must be completed in order for us to post your exchanged products to you. You may be subject to Customs Tax and Import Duties upon receipt of your exchanged products
