Our products are all handmade and the nature of handmade products is that they occasionally have some variation in size and detail.
HOW TO COMPLETE RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
• Returns & Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for returns or exchanges email@example.com
You would have to ship items back within 45 calendar days of delivery.
• Cancellations: Please contact us to request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase firstname.lastname@example.org
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will refund you within 30 calendar days.
• Exchanges: We accept exact product exchanges if the order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange email@example.com You are responsible for the return shipping cost but we will give you free shipping for the second shipment.
