RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you are finding the switch over to plastic-free living and the zero-waste lifestyle a little tricky, we're here to tell you that it is a process and we're here to help make it an enjoyable journey.

Our products are all handmade and the nature of handmade products is that they occasionally have some variation in size and detail. Beeswax is a natural product so it will naturally have some variation in colour and aroma; we try our best to maintain consistency
If you are from outside of the UK and your products have been damaged by Customs (they should have put a sticker/label on the parcel to notify you that it has been checked like this) then you may follow our Exchange process (see below). Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and a photo of the damaged product(s) so that we can see what we can do for you
HOW TO COMPLETE RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
• Returns & Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for returns or exchanges email@example.com
You would have to ship items back within 45 calendar days of delivery
• Cancellations: Please contact us to request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase firstname.lastname@example.org If it is after 3 hours, please follow our returns process
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will refund you within 30 calendar days.
• Exchanges: We accept exact product exchanges if the order is damaged in transit, please email us with a photo of the damaged product(s), within 7 days of delivery for an exchange email@example.com
UK customers, please return via “Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For”, please scan/photograph your receipt from the Post Office and we will refund you the return shipping cost; we will give you free shipping for the replacement shipment.
Customers from outside of the UK, we will explain what company to use to send us the damaged product(s) and we will refund you the return cost of the shipping; we will give you free shipping for the replacement shipment.
