Shipping Process and Policy

  1. Once your payment has been accepted, you should receive an instant “order received by Honey Bee Candles” confirmation email

  2. We then manually send you an “order dispatched by Honey Bee Candles” confirmation email once we have shipped it to you

    We reserve the right to refuse to dispatch any Honey Bee Candles products for any reason we deem fit. If this is the case, we will refund you immediately and you will not receive the “order dispatched” email

  3. Use the tracking number we provide via email to view your order’s progress

  4. Sign for your order to let us know that you have received it

  • My daughter and I will send your order using plastic-free and zero-waste recycled packaging— sometimes re-purposed. This means that everything is biodegradable (or you can recycle it) so nothing needs to go to landfill

  • We try our best to post orders on the same day that they are placed but at times, we may require 2 to 3 working days to process your handmade order— please factor this in when you place your order

Shipping within the UK:

There is a flat shipping price of £4.45

We post orders using Royal Mail’s next day delivery service

This ensures that your item is sent quickly, that it is insured and the most information is available if there is a postal delay. You will need to be at home to sign for your order (or nominate a neighbour); Royal Mail will not be able to leave it in a safe place. If you are not at home, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for You” red card: notifying you where the Royal Mail depot is that your parcel will be held at until you will be able to collect it or you will be able to rearrange delivery. It may take 3 to 5 working days (excl. bank holidays) for us to dispatch your order; it should arrive before 1pm the following day once we have posted it but at busy times of the year, there may be delays with Royal Mail so it may take up to a further 1-2 days (excluding Sunday) to reach you. Once we have dispatched it, the responsibility is with Royal Mail. We would like to highlight that this part of the delivery is out of our control and we are unable to influence whether or not your item is delayed. If you are buying outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees or duties and import taxes that may apply. These vary from country to country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or your local postal delivery service. Customs may delay delivery by many days. We would like to highlight that this part of the delivery is out of our control and we are unable to influence whether or not your item is delayed by customs

There is a flat shipping price of £6.50

We use Royal Mail which is the UK’s national postal service

It may take 3 to 5 working days (excl. bank holidays) for us to dispatch your order; it may take up to a further 3 to 5 working days to reach you. Once we have dispatched it, the responsibility is with Royal Mail. We provide you with a tracking number using the email address you provide to us during checkout

Worldwide (outside of Europe)

There is a flat shipping price of £15.00

We use Royal Mail which is the UK’s national postal service

It may take 3 to 5 working days (excl. bank holidays) for us to dispatch your order; it may take up to a further 5 to 7 working days to reach you. Once we have dispatched it, the responsibility is with Royal Mail. We provide you with a tracking number using the email address you provide to us during checkout

What to do if your order has not arrived

If you have received the “Order Dispatched” email from us but your order has not arrived within the expected time frame- please contact us via email as soon as possible— or via the form below (whichever is more convenient for you)
